QuestionI hate win/10, can I get this product in win/7 Pro? If not, will the product work with a fresh install of win/7 Pro?

- Answer There is little reason to get this with Windows 7. The touch and pen support are the primary benefit of this model, and with Windows 7 you can’t take advantage of it. Just buy other systems with good monitor and save yourself money

QuestionI was wondering if these are ever going to be added to the Best-Buy Trade-in program? I bought one last year, and realized I don't need it for work anymore. I was under the impression I could trade it in for store credit.

QuestionWith this device being so expensive and with Presidents day coming up would it be great to offer 24 months financing and toss in that device that round one..... Why don't you have better promos is it because your not sure on how to be profitable
