• Yes they even have a windows 10 app for you to download to mess with the EQ.

• Yes, as long as your PC has Bluetooth 4.1, 4.2, or 5.0 it should work fine.

• These can be paired with any Bluetooth device that supports audio out. I used them with my phone and a Windows 10 computer.
