• Make sure keypad is fully open. You can also take keypad off and reconnect it. Has always worked the few times it's happened.

• Sometimes it happens to me that the keyboard looses contact with the tablet. That's justs natural when you move it or grab it, just deattatch and reattatch it and you are good to go again.

• I experienced freezing on the battery cover and solved by re-attaching the keyboard. I suspect the contacts come loose when moving around. I experience it when using it in bed lying down and it's in an award position.
