• You can attach a USB Wired Mouse, a USB Wireless (dongle) mouse, or connect a wireless Bluetooth Mouse directly to the device via pairing.

• If the mouse you are using attaches using a a USB port/cable then YES you can use a regular mouse because there is a USB port on the side of the SURFACE PRO 3.
