“Hi If I change BIOS to upload from USB, but I still have a windows pro operating system installed on the computer, will windows 10 still install properly? I cannot wipe the computer, it has some type of security on it”

• I'm sure you figured this out already but yes! It will install and prompt you on which o.s. to run after the bootstrap notices 2 different o.s.

• Yes; If you have set the BIOS to boot from the USB drive first, then if the USB has the OS on it, it should boot to the setup.
