Ithe Operating system on my computer became corrupt. I could not do a recovery and I could not complete an online upgrade without the blue screen of desth or the system cutting off. I purchased a new windows 10 Flash Drive in the box. Did a “New Install” and everything began to work plus my old documents, songs and photos were saved. After that I used Norton to correct any additional problems and remove any issues that remained the blue screen returned once or twice but after the new version 10 and Norton did it’s thing it never went to blue screen again. Hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is the full version for both 32bit and 64bit, however I recommend that you purchase a Windows 10 32/64bit restore disc instead they cost way less. You can get one off of Ebay or Amazon. Have a great day.
