The difference is data transfer. 64bit will work with any software or application that is 32 bit. But also has the option of the more optimized 64 bit that just works faster. Most modern hardware and software applications are designed around 64 and is reccomener over 32.

Windows 10 Home and Pro would have 32 and 64 bit versions, and there differences between the Home and Pro versions, but nothing noticeable between the 32 and 64 bit versions. Unless you have a 32 bit system just get the 64 bit one.
