No. Windows 10 comes after Windows 7 and 8. So you can't leap over this two OS.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Windows 10 *should* work on your Vista-original laptop; however I doubt your laptop has a USB 3.0 port on it if it has Vista installed originally. I would look into this product only if you can get the OS transferred from this thumb drive to another media compatible to your laptop. As far as Windows 10 working on your laptop, you can check the Microsoft site for Windows 10 and compare minimum hardware specifications required against your laptop to be sure.
