• Yes, I loaded windows 10 on my Dell laptop which had windows 7, no issues.

• You need to go to dell's website and search for that particular dell model. if it's officially supported then you should be fine. If dell does not officially support that model and there are no compatible drivers/software available to download for windows 10 then i strongly suggest you do not put windows 10 on that particular machine.

• I also had some difficulties downloading and installing Windows 10 on my Dell All-in-one. So I forked over $110 and bought Windows 10 at Best Buy. My idea was to bypass the download, the browsers, etc. Worked like a charm.
