• Yes this is a full install version I bought it a couple months ago and have not regretted the decision

• Larry its a full version disc and you can format HD and start fresh if you like just before you do make sure to download any drivers for your pc or laptop before doing so recommend flash drive so if you believe its brand name download the drivers then go ahead and format ^_^

• This is the full version. If it says OEM, then it is not the full version.
