If you are installing a full version of Windows 10 pro then you dont have to wipe Vista off. During installation it will give you the option of doing a clean install or not. It will also do a clean install and save only your files in a separate folder. Then when and if you install the software the files will be able to be accessed. One thing to remember is that 3rd party software (not Microsoft) may not work with Windows 10. I hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you can use the FISK or Disk Management to remove partitions first, then Windows 10 will think it's a new install. But everything is gone so back up what you want first.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Can't say for sure, but I had Win 7 Ultimate on my system and I did nothing to prep. Just made sure I was connected to the internet, and ran the DVD. It went smoother than I thought it would. Plus all my apps were still there to use. Just had to update them.
