64-bit software utilizes full capability of your processing and all of its threads. You'll get a much more robust and better experience using 64-bit version whenever possible of any software. I have an I-9 8 core 3.6 gigahertz processor with a solid state hard drive using Windows 10 professional and it is quite fast. Also 32GB of RAM so with all that processing power you'll get a lot more flexibility out of the 64-bit operating system. I hope that helps.
