• Yes. This version of Windows 10 is the upgrade to Win 7. It is known as Build 1803. Just insert the disc and follow the instructions.

• Yes, you can upgrade from an existing Windows 7 Pro without having to wipe your hard drive. We do recommend that you backup your files to make sure that if something goes wrong you still have them.

• If you upgrade...yes. It's recommended to do a clean install ,however. Keep in mind that there is a difference between "Upgrade Install" and Install". The Windows OS disk is different...
