This is a retail version of Windows 10 Pro, and the $169.99 version is an OEM. This one can be used to upgrade a device, and allows you to transfer the license from one device to another.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm guessing that one is either an OEM version (can be installed on one system only and never transferred)... Or it's Windows 10 home instead of Windows 10 pro (if that's the case, you'd have to Google that one).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is Home version and a Pro version of windows, then there is a Full Retail version of both that 1. you can move your license to a new/ or different computer if you need. 2. comes with customer support. The second is called O.E version 1. once installed on a computer its can not be moved to a new one. 2. It gets limited customer support. Now the last is what is in the box, 1. Just a license key 2. CD install disc 3. Flash drive/ memory stick (the best one to pick). You can make your own install flash drive (videos on the web) and just get a license key (least expensive). By the way all of this can be found on the internet if you had just looked. $199 Full Retail, $169 looks to be O.E Install.
