• Not 100% sure the question. If you have a valid product key from Windows 7, you can still upgrade free. Google Windows 10 accessibility upgrade website. That is still open. This is Windows 10 Pro, both 32 & 64 bit versions. I don't remember the exact last major patch included, sorry.
