Try this site: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-10-specifications and run the hardware test to see if your machine will handle Win10. Be aware that older hardware may need drivers that may or may not be available in Win10. I had a printer not work after going to Win10.. and no driver will be provided my the maker of the printer. As per their web site.
