• It says on the website can return in 15 days. I bought one and found out later it was incompatible, then when I tried to return, they said they would not because it is an open package.

• No. I bought one, opened it and was able to clone my old drive so was able to use original OS/key. Went to return it to the store I bought it from 2 days prior and they stated they do not accept software returns.

• I have one of these purchased form BestBuy. Windows technical support will NOT stand behind it if you bought it from BestBuy. I my case a Microsoft "Ambassador" refused to help me unless I purchased directly from Microsoft. I was unable to install it myself so I hired a professional installer who was also unable to install it.
