Yes, both are included in the box. (p.s don’t get rid of either of these after use, both are very good to have if you want to do a system reset or anything else comes up. So keep both safe)

Yes, there will be a piece of paper in the box with an activation key. Side note, if you have ever owned a windows laptop, that was running windows 11 then you should already have a windows license anyways and likely won't require the key. It's still good to have the USB on hand though in case anything ever gets corrupted.
