Can I use it on a PC outside the U.S.? null

I couldn't even use the program In the US and once you walk out the store with it if it don't work you will not get your money back they don't even post it on the receipt or in the store if I knew that from the get go I wouldn't have bought it in the first place! I had to discover it by going online and customer service wouldnt talk to me either they got a machine talking to you they wouldn't even let me talk to anyone when I called them very bad customer service they need to do better!
