• The download and creation tool are available here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11 And they would need the key upon activation. Which you get upon purchase. Make sure if they are upgrading to another version of Windows 11 Pro that they have a valid Windows Home key. You cannot go from 10 to 11 Pro using an upgrade.
