• (1) In the bios, make sure you're booting on the drive where your windows is installed. You can choose that option in the boot priority. (2) Make sure your drive (w/ installed windows) is connected properly if it is a sata drive. No problem with NVME drives unless it is faulty from the factory. (3) If you have a newly build PC, yes, you need to install an operating system, and this one is very good operating system.
