• I hope you figured this out by now since it's been nearly 2 months since my posting, but Office is sold separately. There MIGHT be a bundle somewhere online, 8.1 AND MS Office... but not this one. You will have to purchase separately. I recommend Office 2013, since the license lasts forever, unlike Office 365.

• Either a disc with an Office 2013 license or buy a subscription to Office 365.

• It's no different than any other computer, just buy or download a copy of Office and install it.
