“Can I connect 2 monitors to my surface pro with this? I'd like to replicate my work setup @ home. Surface dock and two monitors at work, and keep keyboard cover closed and just use two monitors. I would like same setup @ home, but no dock or wires.”

This item works like an antenna that your computer will recognize as a wireless TV/monitor. So the number of connected monitors using this would be limited by 2 things. First would be the number of wireless connections your computer can have, and whether you can tell the difference between the multiple ones being used. As far as I know, you cannot give these custom names & so having 2 or more would show up as that many devices of the exact same name.

Please try again later.The Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter plugs in to the monitor you wish to cast a display to, so with the purchase of one adapter, you will be able to cast only one display. However, if you purchase a second, you should be able to use it on a second monitor at the same time to successfully cast both displays simultaneously. We hope this helps!
