It works beautifully with windows 10. I've purchased over 40 for my clients and no complaints yet. 4000 is the best. I tried all of them and this is the best in my opinion. Has a back button and works on any surface even glass

Yes it works well so long as you don't try to really test the range. 5-10 feet and it works great. So long as your computer runs well!

I have two MS 4000's..One for a new DELL with Windows 10 & the second for an old Windows 7. You ask a weird question. Answer my question: So why wouldn't it be ok with Windows 10?
