“How are these codes processed when someone buys them digitally? Why does it take someone 30 minutes or 4 hours to get an email?”

• It took mine about 10 minutes to get to me, I think the problem is, it got sent to a different inbox and people don't realize it's already there

• Been over 4 hours and still pending process. It let me cancel, but called as didn’t receive cancellation notice and was told I couldn’t cancel as it was being processed. They were having problems with sending digital codes. Obviously not processed and should have let me cancel order. Have ordered in the past, but not ordering codes from BB in future as customer service was not helpful.

• I believe it's to give a window of opportunity for cancellation. In case of accidental purchase. Best guess anyway.
