It took mine about 10 minutes to get to me, I think the problem is, it got sent to a different inbox and people don't realize it's already there

It let me cancel, but called as didn’t receive cancellation notice and was told I couldn’t cancel as it was being processed. They were having problems with sending digital codes. Obviously not processed and should have let me cancel order. Have ordered in the past, but not ordering codes from BB in future as customer service was not helpful.
