• There is NO "Regular game pass". There is Xbox Live Gold (which allows you to play online). And there is Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (which let you play online and also includes a bunch of game free to download and play as long as you are a Game Pass Ultimate member).

• There is no difference besides Microsoft repackaging the Gold Account and Game Pass both together to get people to spend more money and lock you in to both. You cannot drop back down to a standard Gold account until ALL your Ultimate Game Pass time is up. I would only buy one month of this. If you or your kids don’t like the games in the Ultimate Pass your locked in it so it’s a waste of money.

• The regular games pass allows access to the free / discounted games but does not include Xbox Live. This option gives you both for a discounted price.

• This allows you access to hundreds of titles and classics as well pick it up today games pass allows you to play with other players the ultimate allows you the same except you have access to all the titles Microsoft offers
