• Xbox Game Pass must be purchased in the country in which it will be used. It's possible that a Xbox Series X purchased in the U.S. may work in Columbia, however we also recommend that it be purchased there to avoid any incompatibilities.

• As long as the console supports that country's electrical outlets it will. As far as Gamepass goes, the one I purchased was global. Hopefully, yours is as well which will make it work.
