How do I activate the membership null

Go to your Xbox live account online and (or) just type into your web browser (redeem Xbox code) and look for the follow link that should take you right to the code redeem section and just type the 16 word code on the back of your card (scratch off the blank white line to reveal your code) and type that code into the redeem code section of your account

I use my phone and go to the oficial website to do it

You have to get the code from either your email or go to your purchase history it should be there as well good luck
