Ultimate is a higher tier than premium, also besides GameStop giving you one month, you can also claim the 3 months through Microsoft on the Ally

If you're seeing only one month of Ultimate, it’s likely because you already have an active Ultimate subscription. Microsoft’s system automatically converts the value of Premium into Ultimate time at a reduced ratio—usually turning those 3 months of Premium into about 1 or 2 months of Ultimate. Since Ultimate is the 'highest' tier, you can't run a lower Premium sub at the same time. If you really prefer the Premium tier, you’ll likely need to wait for your current Ultimate sub to fully expire before redeeming the Ally’s offer to get the full 3-month duration
