I did, had it in my cart was paying kept getting system issues then was pulled from my cart and was unable to pre order.

Please try again later.This pre-order was an absolute train wreck I am completely disgusted that I wasted 2 1/2 hours of my time from the second it turned 11 o’clock until 1 32 o’clock in the afternoon just trying to get my order to process you want to have it so if it’s in the cart the person has held for a little time until they can make the order process as I said I am thoroughly disgusted with this this pre-order for Xbox made the PS five blunder look like a dream. And absolutely anyone that purchased multiple systems with a freaking bot should have all of them taken away this is complete crap

Kept reloading, Checkout, nothing. After doing this for 20 minutes it finally it kicked me out, wanting me to log back in (which in itself took another 5 minutes), then said none were available within 250 miles. I can't believe in 2020 we're still dealing with these problems of websites crashing and loyal customers not being able to pre-order. They need a better process.

This is not including the hundreds of times it said added to cart but didn't. Just bought two brand new homes and need appliances for both. At $150 away from elite customer and $90 dollars in rewards expiring in October, this is a kick in the face. But no more, remember the name circuit city, best buy?

I had mine in the cart checking out when it said they were having system problems. I kept trying for an hour and gave up. Almost bid on one from ebay because i was so frustrated but said forget them and doubling prices. After all the bots are why we all had problems. I tried here 1 last time around 2 ET and had no problem ordering mine. Other than today there won't be anymore preorders buy check on release day because anyone who bought one won't get it if their payment doesn't go through.
