What are you guys going to do to prevent scalpers and bots from buying all your units? null

Best buy isnt doing anything... I've already started moving my buys away from them as a result. Best Buy really doesn't care about its customer base, so I don't care to do business with them...

Oh, they literally do nothing. I asked them. 
From Feb. 27 2021:
"yes at the time we do not have any sytem that allows us to do the stop for the bots to make any purchase"
"sorry we do apologize for that believe me that as soon we have any details we will let you know at the time we are going to improve more on our customer service"
BestBuy is a dying business and they know it. Selling to scalpers just makes it easier for them. They have literally 0 loyalty to customers. Unless you are being forced to buy from BestBuy due to "exclusivity", there is absolutely no reason to bother buying from this trash retailer.

Best Buy needs to have an answer for this. Do you know how many sold out items on Best buy appear on Ebay ? Tons. I want to buy from Best Buy, who I can actually talk with, and do business with, if my product becomes faulty, or I have questions, etc. 
Also, Best Buy needs to allow customers to have a waiting list, so we can fight back against these scalpers. I cant watch their website, or go into their stores every day, to find an item, all while it becomes sold out immediately when it has product. I need to know that I at least have a number, waiting in line. You cannot build brand loyalty, if you are just going to let Ebay take all of your product.

I will never purchase another product from best buy again, absolute trash company that allows scalpers to buy up all their merchandise. I wouldn't even be surprised if they had a deal with them and shared profits. Scummy company, scummy policies, and no love for their customer base.

Best Buy doesn’t care about their customers. If you were going to allow scum to hoard your products then you are scum as well. I’m done with Best Buy!

they provide service to those who cannot wait for the drop online to happen. They stay on the site and wait till the console drops. I guess that is what we are paying from them..the service.

where else are you gonna go? not many places these days to buy electronics these days, i dont know about you but i dont buy expensive electronics from amazon or walmart

When I purchased a series X on June 24, BestBuy online had a system where you had to wait a random amount of time before you could proceed to checkout and they were only allowing store pickup, and for me pickup was 9 days after purchase. So i think they are doing something to try to reduce scalping.
