• Yes this will work with the Stealth 600's, it is compatible with Windows 10 PCs displaying the Xbox Wireless logo without having to purchase this adapter. Other Windows 10 PCs that don't display the Xbox Wireless logo may require the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows (the adapter here).

• If you have Windows 10 you do not need this adapter. As far as your headset it depends on if this is made just for xbox. If it is universal then it should work
