However, different models from different makers will likely be a different story. Just like with everything, research the product and read all the reviews you can find.

Since you are inside you will have some interference from the walls, etc so we suggest getting the highest wattage allowable without a license, 2W. Personally, I would suggest the T71VP3 for your needs. You can always call Midland directly to discuss your environment and what radio would make the most sense for your office.
