Is this good for nintendo switch null

Yes as long as you have the thing were you put it there

It worked for my son's Minecraft on his Nintendo Switch. One disclaimer is that I have his Microsoft account connected and the code was redeemed through that account on the Switch, I believe.

This states from the specifications tab: "Compatible Platform(s) Amazon Fire TV, Amazon Kindle Fire, Android, Apple iOS, Gear VR, Nintendo Switch, Oculus Rift, Windows 10, Windows 10 Mobile, Windows Mixed Reality, Xbox One" I've only purchased it for my kids to use on their Xbox accounts and it worked fine, but it does list Nintendo switch as a compatible platform. Hope this helps.
