I would say not. Super soft and can easily be bitten in to and choked on.

As with most squishies I've seen, they seem to tear after much squishing. We repaired ours with fabric glue and now my son is more careful with it and doesn't squish it much. I'd recommend for an older kid, about 6 and up.
