Really depends on the server that creates the codes. The server is not owned nor operated by BestBuy but Microsoft, depending on the amount of call actions against it your code may be delayed. Additionally delays can be caused by the email provider you use, it’s not rare that free services such as Google and Yahoo experience delivery delays.
