Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, you are paying for at total of 10GB that can be used over a 3 month period from the time that you register the SIM card. If you use all 10gb in the first week it will no longer work, if you don't use the entire 10GB at the end of 3 months the card will no longer work. I believe it would work in a hotspot device. I am using mine in a cellular security camera and it works great. It was an easy process to register the card with Mint online using my computer.
