- Answer Yes, as long as your phone is compatible (unlocked GSM phone). You can go to their website and verify your phone's compatibility. Yes, you can port your old number over as well. Just be advised this could take a day or so for the port to finish

- Answer No, to get a new phone you'll need to order directly from Mint's website. Best Buy only carries the sim packs with prepaid service or the service one. And yes, it's super simple to setup yourself. Takes only a few min. Just go to their website to ensure your phone is compatible. Generally if it's GSM and unlocked, it'll work.
