A:AnswerYou have to call Mint Mobile support and get someone that knows what to do. Most of their support people are only used to dealing with mobile to mobile transfers and those I've spoken to keep trying to treat it like a mobile to mobile. In my case it doesn't help that AT&T makes it ridiculously difficult to get support on the line for land lines.
I've been on the phone now between the chat app and calling Mint Support directly for about 3 hours trying to get this done and nobody so far has said it can't be done.
