HI Bryan. Thanks for your great question. The $129 service for installing the backup camera is just for installing the camera and connecting it up to an existing touch screen receiver. If you did purchase the radio through us, it's possible it came with a free install however. We'd recommend connecting with your local Best Buy to iron out the details and get you set up with an appointment. You can find information about your local store at www.bestbuy.com/storelocator.
