Q: QuestionRegarding the p65-c1. Is anyone having issues streaming uhd content off of Netflix? My picture starts off fine, then cuts to left of screen good, right side pink white pixels. Missing a setting somewhere? TV bad? Thanks.
Asked by Antonio.
- A:Answer I'd recommend exchanging. You can also try using an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi if you're unable to exchange.

Q: QuestionWhat are the dimensions of the box the tv comes in? Wondering if it will fit in my car.
Asked by Cisero.
- A:Answer Box dimensions are as follows: Height: 38.5 inches Length: 67 inches Width: 9 inches I would strongly suggest you take advantage of the free delivery provided by bestbuy. My tv showed up on time, was taken to exactly where i needed it in my home, and the gentleman delivering it were exceedingly kind and overly careful. Just make sure it can actually fit where you want it to go ahead of time.

Q: QuestionWhen will the P65-C1 be available again? It seems to have disappeared from inventory, and every day the estimated in-store date is pushed out by one day - ten days out. Is there a manufacturer issue/hold with the units?
Asked by plastic101.
- A:Answer There is a huge circuit board/power supply issue with this unit, which I assume is causing the delay. That is what happened with my unit and the parts are continuously back ordered for repair, pushing delivery dates further.

Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between the Vizio M series and the P series?
Asked by Robert.
- A:Answer In my research, I've found that one of the differences not many people are aware of is the ACTUAL refresh rate (not the ones that are marketed by Vizio, Samsung, LG, ect.). And based on that research, I've found that for the M series, any monitor - which is what Vizio is calling these now - under 60" has an actual refresh rate of only 60Hz. I have not been able to verify whether this is true of the P Series or not (or whether it has changed between the 2015 and 2016 models), but it is something to keep in mind when purchasing a new television. And that is true regardless of which manufacture you choose to go with - do your research and make sure you are ACTUALLY getting what you want (as opposed to falling for all the marketing gimmick manufacturers pull with things like refresh rate). EDIT: according to CNET, the 55 inch and up P Series "monitors" from Vizio all have an actual refresh rate of 120Hz, with the only difference between them being that the 55 inch model uses an IPS panel (In Plane Switching) versus the 65 and 75 inch models using a VA panel (Veritical Alignment), which typically does better when reviewed by people who do that sort of thing for a living. Other than that, the only other thing I've noticed is that regardless of size, the P-Series has more dimming zones. I have grown to trust the reviews on thewirecutter.com, and right now they have this television as their top 4k television. Now that Vizio has delivered on the HDR10 software update, I plan on purchasing this TV within the next couple of months, hopefully when it goes on sale (fingers crossed). http://thewirecutter.com/reviews/best-tv/

Q: QuestionCan upscaling be improved with future firmware updates? All I stream is 720p content and apparently the upscaling is poor on anything except 1080p.
Asked by Kyle.
- A:Answer Get the Pluto app it has a channel that streams 4k content all day. So does the YouTube app. The speed of your home network will come into play as well.

Q: QuestionI bought a Samsung js900 and it's a great tv but not good in gaming has a ghost aside the player is this a great gaming tv I heard vizio is best at it
Asked by Dannyboy.
- A:Answer This TV has a dedicated port for gaming (HDMI 5). This port will support 1080p @ 120Hz 4:4:4 with lag support. This will make your games a lot smoother and provide less lag.
