• Blu ray movies play on all DVD players. Non Blu Ray movies will not play on Blu ray players

• Yes, the HD Blu-Ray disc will play on US machines, including those in Arizona, as long as the Blu-Ray player was not modified to play a different region. The 4K Blu-Ray disc will play on any 4K Blu-Ray player as it's not region-locked.
