• No, the PS5 standard version will not play on a PS4. There are more expensive versions which come with both the PS4 and PS5 versions, so you’d be ready for next gen when you get a PS5.

• No PS5 games are not compatible with the PS4 however the opposite does work. Your PS4 version will work on the PS5.
