Hello Sandi, Yes they can! If you go to Mobvoi.com and head under Accessories, you will see "Silicone Band" at 20mm that fits your Ticwatch E. You may find another 20mm smartband of your liking and fit it on as well. The Ticwatch S, however, does not allow for replaceable bands. Have a great day! Mobvoi Team
