- Answer Not certain about that specific drive but I do use it to move files and pics from phone to laptop without issues. Not as fast as a 3.0-5.0 USB but it works.

- Answer Originally it was a fast charger. I purchased this last Aug. Within the last month it has stopped charging fast and now takes hours to fully charge even when plugged into the turbo charge block or car charger.

- Answer No, data transfer cannot be used with the cable itself. Yes, it will be able to charge your Oculus Quest. Due to this cable using a 2.0 USB type, it cannot be used as a Oculus Link substitute. The requirements are a 3.0 USB to 3.0 USB port for it to be used as such.
