• Yes you have to have a small tool to push the pins out. There are videos on you-tube showing how.

• Yes, some of the links can be removed to size the watch.

• Most jewelers would have the equipment to take out some of the links for you.

• Yes you can. I had to because I have a smaller wrist

• Nothing comes with the band to remove them. I chose to purchase a link remover from another site. It's cheaper than taking it to a jeweler which is the only other thing I can recommend.
