• I'm assuming that if this cable shows free shipping (2 day free shipping today, 10/14/2016) then yes, it's free shipping. If the ship to home becomes a pay option, you can always have it shipped to the store for pickup.

• I usually will buy online and pickup at the store. I am lucky that I live across the street from a shopping mall and other surrounding stores in my area, so I don't need free shipping nor a car for that matter. I would think that free shipping would be provided, but just to be sure, I would ask first. I am sorry I can not answer your question as I do not use their shipping.
