I came to find out that my husband's charger did the same thing about 1 month after owning a Modal charger. I figured out that my husband bends it a lot due to carrying to & from work, luckily it is a sturdy material that the charger still works properly. Maybe you bent it without knowing & now the lights won't turn on. Think of it as a x-mas light extension, once 1 bulb doesn't work, you're risking the whole extension to not function properly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'd return it and tell them. They exchanged my son's and his had fallen apart. I think they'll replace it for you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.2 1/2 weeks is not very long. I am sure you can bring it back and exchange it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I now have the same problem. The cable is no longer working. I bought three of these and only one is working now. I am not sure what the problem is.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine failed as well....I'm thinking it must be a common problem. I exchanged them and my second set is still working fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Honestly I think you just got a bad charger. You need to return it. I have the same one & my lights have always worked. Now with mine, if my phone is locked & dormant the lights slow down or just stop & sit there. If I'm passenger & using my phone while charging the lights are moving faster. Posed some questions for me but it works for now & that's all I need it to do.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's most likely the cable just being faulty. Many of my friends have had complaints with it, including me. The pins on the cable ended up destroying my Apple power adapter after like two weeks. I would just return it and get the original cable for the device or exchange it for another one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like u have a broken led lead. I would take it back and have them exchange it for a new one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Need to replace the charger.
