• The remote can be charged with any lightning cable. The apple tv itself though has USB Type-C for its power connector.

• If it has the same connectors and if your siri remote is chargeable then yes. I've used this cord to charge several other devices. Though for some very small devices i noticed the cord won't light up but still charge.
