“I can pair the device to my computer but I cannot connect. It has worked fine for a couple of months but suddenly will not connect. Any suggestions? I have been using my Modal MD-HPBT01 for a couple of months. Now I can no longer get it to connect. It pairs with no problem (Windows 7) but it will not connect. I get 'A connection attempt has failed. Make sure that the MD-HPBT01 is turned on, and then try again'. I have tried removing the device from the computer and adding it again. It pairs fine but will not connect. I have removed the pairing from my phone in case that was the problem but it has not helped.”

Go to settings on your computer under Bluetooth. Make sure to take your headphones are off the list. You have it scan for new devices. Make sure your headphones are set to pair with the lights flashing red blue red blue red blue and then your computer will find it and you can connect it.
